  • 20ml Lillet Blanc
  • Dash of orange bitters (optional)


A dry martini which hits all the right spots. Stir all ingredients over ice for 60 seconds and strain into a chilled glass. Add an orange twist. Lillet is a sweeter dry vermouth, and lifts the sweet, citrus elements of the gin. It also has just a hint of liquorice which gives a sharp, more-ish finish to the drink. A classic.
