Ingredients

  • 50ml Ripple Gin
  • 25ml Passoa liqueur
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 20ml egg white

Method

Shake everything with lots of ice. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with a pierced glacé cherry
