Chinese New Year Cocktail


  • 40ml Ripple Gin
  • 25ml hibiscus and rose syrup*
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • Dash of orange blossom water


*1:1 Sugar Syrup - 350g sugar in 400ml water with 6 dried hibiscus flowers and simmer for 5 minutes. Add handful of dried rose petals and leave to cool).

Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into highball filled with ice. Garnish with rose petals and a sprig of lavender.
